After a frustrating experience with another Control4 dealer who couldn’t properly program my system, I turned to Greenstar Technologies and I’m so glad I did.

Marc and Oscar have been fantastic to deal with. They took over the existing setup and completely transformed the performance of my smart home. Their programming has been outstanding, and everything now works exactly as it should.

Every person from the CEO to all the engineers are extremely professional.
The installer / consultants know their products better than I’ve ever seen.
My installation went very smoothly, and my every request was taken care of without hesitation- even during weekends.
No problem was ever too much trouble.

I moved the support of my Control4 home automation system over to GreenStar earlier this year and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and technical expertise. My experience as a customer has been a stark contrast to what I received from the previous provider. Their service has been prompt, and they turn up when they say they are going to turn up.

From the moment I met with Marc, briefing him on the current setup, the whole company has exceeded all expectations. Not only were they able to get on top of someone else’s system installation, they have been able to improve the functionality and reliability no end.

Everyone that I have dealt with has been so polite, professional and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Oscar and Shane for their attention to detail and technical know-how. What gives you confidence, however, is they are a team of experts with a “can do” attitude so you are not relying on individuals to service your system long term.

My only regret is I didn’t find this company earlier, they would have saved me quite a few headaches !

I just wanted to express how incredibly impressed I am with your crew. Having worked with another provider for years where so many issues were overlooked, it was a great relief to have your team come around and iron out the seemingly endless, historic kinks in the system. then, when Pat came around on Friday as planned and ticked off all the items on my “urgent list” plus a few others.

I am so very very pleased to have found you and your team and look forward to taking a breath and hitting you up with a new list of oddities that still need fixing up. They all fall into a “less urgent” category.

We engaged GreenStar to add two new switches and re-program an existing Dynalight  System  which was not designed well for our purpose. The work they performed far surpassed our expectations.
